• Visit the wine cellar and the barrel room where the wine is aged.
• Enjoy homemade Tuscan specialties or those made by local producers.
A picturesque walk through vineyards and olive groves to discover everything that goes into producing a bottle of wine or extra virgin olive oil. You will learn about cultivation methods, field work throughout the different seasons, work in the cellar, and the entire wine production process. After visiting the barrique room where the wines are aged and learning about the history of the winery, it's time for a tasting. Five types of wines to fully understand what the Chianti region has to offer, paired with crostini, cold cuts, cheeses, and finally our homemade cantucci.
