• Three-course lunch to sample appetizers, first course, and dessert chosen from various regional specialties.
• Discover the advantages of tasting our wines paired with dishes that enhance their flavor.
• Learn something about Chianti Classico, food and wine pairing, and EVO oil between courses.
• Choose whether to taste three red wines or replace one with a white wine or vinsanto (a typical sweet Tuscan wine).
The Chianti lunch includes a tasting of three wines produced by the winery, paired with three different courses. The appetizer of crostini and cold cuts is followed by a first course of your choice from the menu. A dessert from our selection is the last course of the lunch. We usually offer a tasting of two red wines and a dessert wine (vinsanto), but it is also possible to taste three red wines or two red wines and a white wine.
