Terre de’ Pepi was founded in Volterra in 2007 from a simple yet bold vision: to craft authentic wines that express both the land they come from and the people who care for them. Surrounded by the quiet Tuscan countryside, far from crowded tourist routes, the estate welcomes guests into a warm and genuine atmosphere where time slows down and every experience feels personal. Here, wine is born from listening to nature rather than controlling it, allowing vines and soil to reveal their unique character. We believe in living wines — authentic, expressive, and deeply connected to seasons and place — rather than technically perfect products lacking identity. For this reason, we avoid fixed labels such as conventional, organic, or biodynamic. Instead, we follow a broader and more personal philosophy we call Living Agriculture, a dynamic balance between human intuition, nature, and time.
