Your journey begins inside our newly built winery, where we welcome you into the heart of our world. We guide you step by step through the winemaking process, from freshly harvested grapes to the final bottle, sharing techniques, passion, and dedication behind every choice. The tour continues through the aging room, where wines evolve in wood, and into the bottling area, where each vintage takes its final form.
From there, we move to our panoramic terrace overlooking the rolling hills of the Val di Cecina and our vineyards, where you can feel the deep connection between land, climate, and craftsmanship.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of four organic (BIO) wines, paired with local cured meats, cheeses from Volterra, Tuscan bread, and our extra virgin olive oil.
This is not simply a tasting, but a moment to slow down and experience Tuscany through our eyes.
