Iliev Winery is a family operated estate located in the village of Sopot in the Tikveš wine region ( 8km from Kavadarci ) where the entire production process is closely managed, from vineyard to bottle. The winery is built on a straightforward approach that prioritizes grape quality, site expression and consistency in every stage of production.

The vineyards are positioned across carefully selected sites with diverse soil composition, allowing each variety to develop a distinct profile. This enables the winery to produce wines that are structured, balanced and reflective of their origin.
