Do you enjoy more complete experiences? Here’s one for you! We begin with a walk through the vineyards, discussing our climate, our schist soils, and our viticulture practices. Then, we move on to the winery, where we explore our winemaking methods. A tasting of 5 bottled wines, accompanied by a selection of regional products. There is also the option to taste wines or musts directly from the tank. Next, we move on to a unique lunch or dinner: lamb, slowly cooked in a clay pot over an open fireplace, followed by typical regional sweets. If you have any dietary restrictions, please get in touch with us and we will arrange alternative options. Free for children up to 6 years old.

Vineyard and winery tour with tasting and a traditional meal.
The experience begins with your arrival at the winery, followed by a drive to the vineyards in our Defender jeep. There, a bottle of wine from that very plot awaits you, offering a unique and immersive start. As we walk through the vineyards, we share our story, our minimal-intervention approach, and the viticultural practices behind each grape.
We then return to the winery for a tasting of five wines, paired with regional products such as cheeses, chorizo, and olive oil. You will learn about the winemaking process and the differences between white and red wines, all within the atmosphere of the winery.
The experience ends with a traditional lunch or dinner in our restored wine tourism lounge, once Grandfather Zé’s hayloft. The main dish features slow-cooked lamb in a clay pot, followed by regional desserts. Menu adaptations are available.
