A more comprehensive and in-depth visit. We begin with a walk through the vineyards, discussing our climate, our schist soils, and our viticulture practices. Then, we move on to the winery, where we explore our winemaking methods. Throughout this experience, there will be plenty of opportunities to discuss anything you have in mind. A tasting of 5 bottled wines, accompanied by a selection of regional products. Kid-Friendly Activities - While you peacefully enjoy our wine tasting, the little ones can take part in a blind juice tasting, where they’ll need to identify different fruits. During the harvest season, the children can pick some grapes from the vineyard and, later at the winery, help with the de-stemming and manual crushing of the grapes, and even taste the musts, discovering the different grape varieties.

A complete tour through the vineyards and winery with a detailed explanation.
We begin the experience upon your arrival at the winery, followed by a drive to the vineyards in our Defender jeep. There, a bottle of wine from that very plot awaits you, offering a unique and immersive start. During the visit, we share our story, our minimal-intervention philosophy, and the viticulture practices that ensure quality and true expression of the terroir.
Afterwards, we return to the winery for a tasting of five wines, paired with regional products such as cheeses, chorizo, and olive oil. We explain the winemaking process, the differences between white and red wines, and what makes each one unique. This part takes place inside the winery, allowing you to fully experience the space where everything happens.
