North Macedonia, Tikvesh, Bovin - Classic Wine Taste
The Classic Wine Taste is done in the wine tasting room of the winery, where only Bovin Winery does the wine taste with a winemaker, who is also the host and the presenter of the event. In this course we include 5 wines from which 2 are white, 1 rose and 2 red wines. The white and rose wines are served with a cold dish of different types of cheese, while the red wines are served with the main meal of red meat. Also there are optional vegetarian courses. Mineral water and coffee are included. There is other options for wine and food, witch can cost additional.
Before the wine taste, we make a wine tour in the production area of the winery, and also the barrique area. If the visitors have their own transport, the host can show them the vineyards.
