Those who choose this experience will be welcomed as true guests of the family, enjoying a unique moment of authenticity and Tuscan charm.
The tour begins with a visit to the Castle’s production areas, led by one of our guides. Guests will visit the 17th-century Vinsantaia, one of the few still preserved intact, and the monumental Cellar, located in the Castle’s underground levels, a place that embodies the living memory and historical legacy of the estate. The tasting will take place in the family’s private dining room, where guests will sample six estate Cru wines from different vintages, accompanied by small food pairings. The wine experience will be led by Leone de Renzis Sonnino or, in his absence, by our winemaker. The table will be set with tableware and furnishings from the family’s private collections, making the tasting a fully immersive experience in the life of the Castle. In the home of the Barons, guests are welcomed as friends!
