The starting point is in our estate’s courtyard. Upon arrival, we’ll offer you some water and a small snack to get you started. Then, with a glass in hand, we’ll begin our walk through the vineyard. As we walk through the vineyards and apple orchards, I’ll share my philosophy on producing wine in harmony with nature and sustainability. Once we arrive, you’ll get to taste the Pinot Bianco “La Traversara” Alto Adige DOC, along with plenty of exclusive insights about the wine. After our walk through the vineyards and apple orchards, we’ll head back to the winery to taste the Pinot Nero “La Traversara” Alto Adige DOC. As I share all the details about the wine, you’ll enjoy a small South Tyrolean snack.
