Enjoy an authentic wine and food experience on the slopes of Mount Vesuvius at Cantina del Vesuvio, a family-owned organic winery overlooking the Bay of Naples.
Your visit begins with a guided walk through the vineyards, where you will learn about the unique volcanic soils of Mount Vesuvius and the native grape varieties cultivated by the Russo family for three generations. The experience continues with a visit to the winery and an introduction to the winemaking process.
After the tour, guests enjoy a guided tasting of Lacryma Christi del Vesuvio DOC wines paired with organic extra virgin olive oil and traditional balsamic vinegar produced by the family.
The experience concludes with a traditional Vesuvian lunch prepared with fresh local ingredients, served on the panoramic terrace surrounded by vineyards with breathtaking views of Mount Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea.
