It benefits from the local climate of the Serra de São Mamede, with wide temperature ranges that are fundamental and beneficial for prolonging the grape's ripening period. The relief and layout of the vineyard allows for strong natural aeration of its interior.

The Torre de Palma winery promotes a range of wine-related activities and is open daily for visits and tastings, as well as wine events with tastings of local products. It also promotes the Torre de Palma Wine Club, a space for presenting and tasting.

Winery Description:

This boutique winery is a symbol of Torre de Palma's wine culture. The main objective was to build a traditional winery, with small marble presses from the region for treading and fermenting the red grapes and refrigerated cement tanks, producing wine by hand. In this space there is also a barrel room and a wine tasting room.
