Tucked away in the heart of the Algarve’s serene countryside, Quinta dos Sentidos is a boutique estate where nature, craftsmanship, and refined taste come together in perfect harmony.

Surrounded by rolling vineyards, ancient olive groves, and fragrant fruit and flower gardens, the estate embodies the art of slow living and sensory discovery. Guests are invited to explore the winery through private guided tours, learning about the meticulous production of premium wines, extra virgin olive oils, and verjus — all crafted on-site with deep respect for the land.

Each visit culminates in a curated tasting experience, featuring a selection of four elegant wines, three artisanal olive oils served with fresh bread and verjus, and a gourmet snack. The result is an authentic journey through the flavors and aromas of the Algarve, blending tradition, sustainability, and sophistication.

Quinta dos Sentidos, a wine and olive oil estate, is situated in the rolling hills of the most southerly province of Portugal, the Algarve, just a 45-minute drive from Faro Airport and 10 km from the ocean. There, orange groves provide an exotic and fragrant backdrop to everyday working life on the farm.

Almost two decades ago we fell in love with the country and with a plot of land in the Algarve of a size and nature that made us stop and wonder how it might change the course of our lives.

Today, Quinta dos Sentidos, is our home. The place where we produce our wines, olive oils, verjus and honey. And we are proud of every batch and vintage. To us, they are proof that if you allow yourself to follow your dreams, amazing things can happen.
