Since inception we had a dream to reflect the terroir in our wines and follow the 400 years tradition of Tokaj wine region in today’s ever changing world. Our aim has become reality in between 2007 and 2010 by acquiring excellent parcels in historical 1st class/Grand Crue vineyards with very old grapevines of Szt Tamás, Makovicza, Betsek and Király. Our Betsek parcel was planted in 1950’s, Szt Tamás and Makovicza in early 1960’s. Our parcel’s soil is volcanic and varies between rhyolit-tuff (Betsek) and rhyolit with thin red clay on top (Szt Tamás/Makovicza/Király) We are ecologically nurturing our 14 000 grapevines on 4,9 hectar of owned vineyards. We produce on a yearly basis 15 000 bottles of wine from grapes harvested from our own territory. We produce dry wines (estate and single vineyard furmint and hárslevelű), sweet wines of Tokaj appellation (Zsófia Cuvée, Tokaji Szamorodni, Tokaj Aszú). Since 2012 we have been producing bottle fermented sparkling wine with Tokaj apellation.
