Azienda Agricola Gentili was founded in 1979 by Carlo Gentili, who built the winery within a 15th-century courtyard between Monte Baldo and Lake Garda.

In 2010, Enrico and Elisa took over, focusing on reviving the area’s traditions and local grape varieties.

The estate’s vineyards, featuring vines 20-60 years old, are cultivated using the traditional pergola system, ideal for the region’s climate. The winery is committed to sustainability, minimizing harmful practices and prioritizing biodiversity. Since 2016, they’ve also embraced PIWI resistant varieties.

In the cellar, the winemaking process is simple, using wood and terracotta containers for aging, allowing the wine to express its terroir. All grapes are hand-harvested, ensuring top-quality wines that reflect the uniqueness of the land.
