Cantina Spada Winery, nestled in the heart of Valpolicella’s San Pietro Region, is the product of generations of dedication by the Spada family.

Founded in 1910 by Francesco’s great-grandfather, the winery has continuously refined its winemaking techniques, with Francesco now carrying on his father Renzo’s legacy.

Renzo’s nickname, El Cencio, lives on through the winery’s signature wine, El Cencio Rosso Verona IGT, which has earned numerous accolades for its exceptional taste.

With 10 hectares of vineyards located in the prized Valpolicella Classica region, Cantina Spada grows premium grape varieties, including Garganega, Corvina, Corvinone, and Merlot. The winery produces a variety of red, white, and dessert wines, all crafted with a focus on tradition and sustainability. The wines are aged in top-quality oak barrels, preserving their distinctive aromas and flavors.
