At the beginning, you will be welcomed with bubbles!

The tasting includes a presentation of the cellar and technology a guided tasting of 8. different products paired with 5.different selected wines and distillate + prosciutto, neck, under neck, aged cheese and extra wine sample.

This experience includes a local cooked and baked version of the kranjska sausage called "kožnca" with horse radish as a remarkably interesting combination of specialities.

This is the recommended version if you have a hearty appetite because what follows is about 30 minutes of cellar presentation and then a guided tasting of my charcuterie with selected wines.

The whole tasting lasts about two hours, which means we can satisfy our royal appetites with more great stuff: bear goulash. It is a speciality, a reduction of goulash, which is quite different from traditional goulash.

• The tasting of the BioSing products is a gourmet theatre accompanied by excellent wines that will definitely not leave you indifferent.

• At our cellar, we offer you a unique experience of tasting our G-line products, aged over many years to provide an explosion of taste.

Good to know before you book: Children up to 8 years free of charge. For payable children from 8 to 18, we will serve juices instead of alcohol. We do not serve alcohol for children under 18 years.
