The 360 visit is a complete PRIVATE AND EXCLUSIVE visit to get to know the world of Rovellats cava from the vine to the glass.
The price includes the guided and private tour on foot of our vineyard with a glass of wine, the visit of the cellar and the tasting of 4 cavas and small brunch at the Masia S. XV: two Reserva and two Gran Reserva + Iberian ham + cheese tasting + bread with tomato + almonds + catania.
We will enjoy a beautiful afternoon starting with a walk through our vineyard located right in front of the winery.
In this walk we will talk about all this and the characteristics of the territory where we are located, the Alt Penedès region.
Rovellats cavas are made exclusively from grapes from our vineyards and following the traditional method or Méthode Champenoise .
We will stop to contemplate the landscape and enjoy a glass of Blanc de Primavera wine at our table in the middle of the vineyard.
Next we will visit to our winery and end this experience with a tasting of our cavas: Reserva Imperial Brut, Imperial Rosé Brut, Original Gran Reserva Brut Nature and Masia S. XV, a Gran Reserva with a minimum of 84 months of parenting. All accompanied by a tasting of Iberian ham, local artisan cheeses, bread with tomato, toasted almonds and Catania from Vilafranca del Penedès. We will do this tasting in the original kitchen of our old 15th century farmhouse.
