We offer you an immersive journey into the world of cava and the Rovellats family legacy.
This experience begins with a stroll through the stunning modernist gardens and a visit to the historic "Masia" farmhouse, which has inspired one of Rovellats' most iconic cavas.
Next, explore the family chapel dedicated to the Virgin of Montserrat, a testament to the family's heritage.
The tour then delves into the magical world of cava production, where you'll learn about the traditional Méthode Champenoise used to craft Rovellats' cavas. Located 12 meters deep, our radial cellar is unique in the world for its original six-pointed star structure and a central roundabout.
The visit culminates in a tasting of three distinct Reserva cavas, each showcasing different styles, accompanied by a a small appetizer of local cheeses and cold cuts.
