• Guided tasting of three Clàssic Penedès sparkling wines: AT Roca Reserva, AT Roca Rosat Reserva, and Esparter.

Begin your tour in the scenic vineyard, where you will learn ecological and regenerative practices. Here, you’ll taste the Gres from Anima Mundi, a pure Xarel·lo still wine, while surrounded by the very landscape that shapes its character.
