Visiting our winery is not about seeing a place where wine is made. Is much more. It is a journey towards the senses through the wines we produce.
Begin your visit with a tour of our vineyard, where you’ll learn about the distinctive viticulture practices of the Jerez region, followed by a detailed explanation of the winemaking process—from destemming and pressing to fermentation.
The highlight of the tour is the exploration of the Fino wine solera, where you'll delve into the unique biological aging process and the criaderas and solera system. Next, you'll visit the oxidative aging warehouse to learn about the production of Palo Cortado, Oloroso, Amontillado, and Moscatel wines.
The tour concludes with a tasting of four carefully selected wines: Fino Granero, Cream Arrumbaó, Moscatel Gloria, and Artisanal Vermouth, each paired with traditional tapas from the region. This experience is perfect for those seeking to understand the depth and complexity of Jerez wines.
