A knowledgeable guide will lead you through the estate's cellar, sharing the story of the Paiva family, the philosophy behind their winemaking, and how the region's sandy soils and Atlantic influence shape every bottle produced here.
The tour flows naturally into a relaxed tasting of three Serra Brava wines, each one a reflection of the estate's terroir and craftsmanship — a fresh, fragrant white from Antão Vaz and Arinto or Verdelho Alvarinho, a delicate and fruity rosé born from Alfrocheiro and Aragonês, and a rich, characterful red made from Touriga Nacional.
Paired with a selection of regional tapas - Alentejo bread, local cheeses, and cured meats — this experience offers an honest and memorable introduction to the flavors of the Setúbal Peninsula.
