Here, every visit is a journey between barrel scents, golden reflections in the glass and authentic flavors that come from a unique territory.You will be welcomed in a family environment, where you can experience the soul of our production up close, in a relaxed and immersive setting, surrounded by the beauty of the Soave wine landscape.
The tour starts outside the winery, with a panoramic view of part of our vineyards, which extend in front of the structure and already tell, with their neat rows, the soul of Soave. From there you enter the heart of the winery to follow the path of the wine: you start from the winemaking cellar, where the wines age in steel at a controlled temperature, and then visit the production room, theater of fermentation and bottling. The journey ends in the charming barrel cellar, where time and silence work together to enrich our more structured wines. Each stage tells you a story of ancient gestures, artisanal care and deep connection with the land.
