WINE TASTING
Introduction to the territory of Valdobbiadene Prosecco with information regarding winemaking methods and different production areas.
Sensory analysis of four Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG sparkling wines, with a description of their organoleptic properties.
FOOD PAIRING
The wines will be served with 2 cheeses, salty breadsticks and a local dry cake (the appetizers are not to be considered a meal).

- KIDS POLICY: children can join in the tasting room, as long as they do not create discomfort for the other participants. In case of noisy kids we invite parents to accompany their children in the room next door, where there are coloring books.
- PETS POLICY: Pets are NOT allowed in the tasting room. We have wide outdoors spaces where you can walk them on a leash.
