Truffle hunting and quarrying is an art that embodies respect for biodiversity, deep knowledge of the territory, and the sacred relationship between the truffle hunter and his dog. At Tiberini you will be guided by a family member in the most authentic experience, following a path, the truffle road, considered sacred by the quarrymen and for this reason jealously guarded. A multisensory journey that will find its maximum expression in the truffle-based lunch that chef Samuele Nocciolini, will make with the tubers you have harvested (... if you found them!)
