https://www.winera.com/web/image/product.template/1230/image_1920?unique=fe8b721
• Savor the flavors of Tuscany with a tasting of four organic wines
• Enjoy a selection of local cured meats, cheeses, biscuit, bread and preserves
• Learn about the sustainable and natural approach to winemaking
• Stroll through the picturesque medieval village of Roccalbegna

Begin your experience with a tasting of four organic wines, paired with local cured meats and pecorino cheeses. Held in the winery’s cellar, you’ll learn about sustainable winemaking using native yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, and zero added sulfites, reflecting respect for the land and tradition. Taste indigenous Tuscan varieties like Trebbiano Toscano, Procanico, Ansonica, Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, and Colorino, crafted with minimal intervention and bottled sustainably. Complementary local delicacies—aged sausage, prosciutto, aromatic lardo, preserves, sauces, fresh bread, and the “Biscotto Salato di Roccalbegna”—enhance the experience. Optional vineyard walks showcase historic terraced vines, while a stroll through medieval Roccalbegna reveals its fortress, cliffs, and river. Underage guests receive local fruit juice instead of wine. This immersive tasting highlights Tuscany’s heritage, flavors, and sustainable winemaking in an intimate, authentic setting.
