The light lunch features a variety of traditional delicacies, including Sicilian caponata and semi-dried tomatoes, rich Caciocavallo Dop Ragusano cheese, artisanal dry sausage and salami, green olives and a fresh tomato and basil salad drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
