During the tasting “The Two Kings of Salento”, we will explain the differences between Salento’s two most important native wines, Negroamaro and Primitivo, paired with traditional Apulian baked goods (tarallini), olives, local cheeses, cured meats, and Torleanzi EVO olive oil. In addition to the tasting, you can enjoy a guided walk through the vineyards, where our guide will explain the differences between the two grape varieties.
