The Molino Lunch experience at Molino di Sant’Antimo invites guests to immerse themselves in the rich culinary and winemaking traditions of Tuscany.
The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery’s cellar, where visitors gain insight into the production of Brunello di Montalcino. Following the tour, enjoy a thoughtfully prepared four-course Tuscan lunch crafted with organic, locally sourced ingredients by Susanna, the estate’s expert cook.
This lunch is paired with a three wines: Rosso di Montalcino DOC, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG. Gina is a special wine with a French soul!
The meal takes place in the 19th-century farmhouse “Podernuovo dei Campi,” offering a cozy and authentic setting that reflects the estate’s family heritage.
