Poderi Arcangelo was established in the hills of San Gimignano in the early 1900s by Giuseppe Mora, who started with a small 1-hectare vineyard. In the 1980s-1990s, Bruno Mora renovated the vineyards, planting indigenous grape varieties like Sangiovese and Vernaccia. The estate grew while maintaining the philosophy of improving the land for future generations. Today, it comprises 23 hectares of vineyards and 1,800 olive trees, with an annual production of 140,000 liters of wine. The estate, managed by Sandra Mora and her son Alberto, is organic and energy-independent. It also offers hospitality in three renovated farmhouses, with high-quality food and wine experiences, trekking, horseback riding, and guided tours. Thanks to its ecological approach and family tradition, Poderi Arcangelo is one of the most highly regarded agriturismos in Tuscany.
