Winery Description:

Finca Valpiedra is a shining example of the entrepreneurial spirit of Familia Martínez Bujanda, founded in 1994 to create a winery in a privileged vineyard owned by the family. Nestled in the heart of Rioja Alta, this estate spans 80 hectares of breathtaking vineyards situated on a meander of the Ebro River. Its unique microclimate, influenced by the Sierra Cantabria and Sierra Demanda mountains, combined with stony soils rich in minerals, gives its wines an unmistakable elegance and mineral character. The estate follows the classic Bordeaux style, producing four exceptional wines exclusively from grapes grown on-site: Finca Valpiedra, its flagship wine; Cantos de Valpiedra; Petra de Valpiedra, a tribute to traditional Rioja made from 100% Garnacha; and Finca Valpiedra Reserva Blanco, a rare gem among white wines.
