• We will use fresh ingredients from our garden to prepare delicious dishes.

Imagine the warmth of an authentic Tuscan grandmother’s kitchen, paired with the expertise of an international chef.
The day begins at 10 am with a tour of our vineyards and cellars.
After the tour, head to the Tiberini family farmhouse, where you'll spend the morning transforming fresh, local ingredients into traditional Tuscan dishes. Guided by chef Samuele Nocciolini and inspired by the recipes of Nonna Dima, you’ll learn to prepare delicacies such as Tuscan appetizers like hot crostini, handmade pasta such as pici or pappardelle, a meat-based second course, and a classic dessert.
Afterward, sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, in a family-style lunch or dinner filled with the warmth of good food, laughter, and Tiberini wines.
