You’ll feel truly welcome—and it will be a moment you’ll remember with pleasure.
With INCIPIT, you’ll enjoy a relaxed tasting experience in a traditional Tuscan-style room or under a large pagoda. You can choose two of our wines (each participant may select different wines) and taste our Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
The tasting will include a small selection of local cured meats and cheeses, along with other delicious products from our range.
The experience can be customized to suit your needs.

- Book at least 24 hours in advance
- Once you pass through our automatic gate, the winery can be reached either on foot or by car and is located approximately 1 km away. Please follow the road on the left-hand side from the main entrance gate. This walk is not included in the tasting time; therefore, we recommend allowing an additional 30 minutes if you wish to enjoy a walk through the woods. Parking is available both near the entrance gate and at the winery. Out of respect for other guests, punctuality is kindly appreciated.
