Lunch in the vineyard is a relaxing and delicious experience combining food, wine and nature. Sitting under a shaded pergola among the vines, you will enjoy a variety of local specialties paired with selected wines.
Highlights of the experience:
• Guided tour of the vineyards in the Vesuvius National Park at 12:00 PM;
• Lunch among the Caprettone and Piedirosso vines;
• Tasting of organic wines:
Dòrè Rosato – Quality Millesimato Spumante 100% Piedirosso BIO, Long Charmat Method;
Latikadea – 100% White Falanghina obtained from ungrafted vines;
Frupa – Resilient red obtained from 100% Piedirosso grapes;
Don Paolo – Pure reserve Aglianico red.
• The Lunch among the Vines experience will be paired with 4 courses from our farmer kitchen:
Starter: fresh beans, salami, vegetarian ball, vegetables, Provolone IGT, Neapolitan casatiello;
First course: Two Volcano’s pasta (homemade pesto with pistachios, almonds, and sundried tomatoes)
Second course: Meatballs in sauce;
House dessert
