Just steps from the ruins of ancient Pompeii, Bosco de' Medici invites you into a world where volcanic soil, family tradition and centuries of winemaking history come together at the table.
Your experience begins with a guided walk through our organic vineyards and cellar, where you'll learn how native varieties — Piedirosso, Aglianico, Caprettone and Falanghina — express the unique character of Vesuvian terroir. You'll also discover our amphora-aged wines, crafted following the same ancient techniques used by the Romans who once lived on this very land.
The tour leads naturally to the table, where a Km0 lunch awaits: seasonal dishes prepared by our chef using vegetables freshly harvested from the estate's garden, paired with our own wines. From classic Campanian antipasti to handmade pasta and local cheeses, every bite reflects the flavours of this extraordinary territory.
