The tasting features four wines from the Chianti tradition, each highlighting different aspects of the estate's production.

This immersive tour takes you through the historic 15th-century cellars of Palazzo Squarcialupi, where you will discover the rich history of La Castellina winery and its winemaking heritage. You’ll gain insights into the production processes that have been passed down through generations.
After the tour, enjoy a guided tasting of four exceptional Chianti wines:
- Chianti Classico DOCG "Cosimo Bojola," aged in terracotta jars,
- Chianti Classico DOCG,
- Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva,
- Chianti Classico DOCG “Tommaso Bojola” late harvest.
