Join us for an unforgettable tasting experience in the heart of the Chianti hills.
Starting at 6:00 PM, our Chianti Wine Tasting takes place on the panoramic terrace or in our charming wine cellar, depending on the season.
You’ll begin with a welcome introduction to the Casafrassi estate and our winemaking philosophy, followed by a guided tasting of four wines from our own production:
Grottadellefate Toscana Bianco IGT – a fresh, aromatic white wine
Monsanese Toscana Rosso IGT – a smooth and elegant red
Casafrassi Chianti Classico DOCG – the essence of our territory
Cavasonno Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG – full-bodied and complex
Each wine is perfectly paired with a traditional Tuscan platter featuring local cold cuts, cheeses, bruschetta, and crostini — a true expression of the flavors and traditions of our land.
