Joan Segura Pujadas' winemaking journey is rooted in a long family tradition. In 1924, his great-great-grandfather purchased the La Torreta estate, a 73-hectare property in Sant Joan de Mediona.

Originally used for cereal and flax farming, the estate underwent a transformative shift with the planting of the first Parellada vines, thanks to his innovative vision.

The region's unique terroir—characterized by altitude, ample sunshine, and temperature contrasts—yielded aromatic Parelladas with high acidity.

The winery is known for its commitment to quality and respect for the terroir. It produces a range of wines and cavas using local grape varieties.
