Winery Description:

We are a family winery, now in sixth generation. We are in organic conversion, with 25 ha of vineyards and 7 ha of olive trees. Besides the wine cellar, we also have an oil mill where we produce organic extra virgin olive oil. From the wine cellar tower, you can enjoy spectacular views of Slovenianstria. Santomas is all about ancestors, and symbolism. We connect the story from the vineyard to the bottle a strong philosophy that has been since 1997, now bridging modern traditional methods. We work with varieties like Refosco and Malvasia, as well as international ones like Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah, and Merlot. In cellar, we combine a history of premium quality with modern technologies such as lowering sulfur, vegan practices, and spontaneous fermentations.
