I am the fourth generation of winemakers in my family. Ours is a small winery with a strong commitment to the environment. We strive to give our very best to every wine and every single vine we cultivate with the utmost respect. Our two main grape varieties are Nebbiolo and Moscato, which we enjoy vinifying in various ways, including some unconventional methods. We also produce very small quantities of Riesling and red vermouth. We are SQPNI-certified for environmental sustainability; we haven’t used chemical herbicides for over 10 years and employ a range of measures, such as digital data collection (precipitation, humidity, weather forecasts, etc.), to minimize intervention as much as possible. Our added value is the time we can dedicate to each individual wine: you’ll never drink two that are exactly alike; we follow the vintages and the climate to create something unique.
