If you have always wanted to learn how to cook a typical Umbrian lunch then you should definitely treat yourself with this course!

You will learn how to bake an amazingly soft and crunchy focaccia, you will discover all the secrets to make the perfect handmade pasta or gnocchi and you will be taught to cook some delicious dishes of our tradition as well as to bake our famous and tasty tozzetti or mum’s rocciata.

In the meantime, you will enjoy a guided tasting of organic wines and olive oil. At the end you will share the results of your work with your friends and family!
