Welcome to Janko Cellar Winery of Smederevo! Established in 2006, our journey began amidst a burgeoning renaissance in Serbian wine production, shrouded in uncertainty. Through sheer determination and hard work, we carved our path under the sun, earning our place as esteemed wine producers within our community. Our domain extends far beyond the picturesque vistas visible from Smederevo's highest vantage point; it encompasses the spirit and essence of our land. Had fate taken a different turn, this website wouldn't exist, and you wouldn't be reading these words. A simple vision alone couldn't sustain us; it required the relentless pursuit of knowledge, dedicated commitment, and a labor of love. In 2007, our inaugural harvest marked a milestone, yielding from our modest 3.5-hectare vineyards. In our beginnings, we proudly presented the lovely Smederevka and the renowned Zapis Beli, both from the abundant year of 2006.
