At Terra Rosa we choose to live in Slow Living! We are an agrotourism with 70 hectares, 50 of which are Vinho Verde vineyards in the Minho region of Portugal. Surrounded by nature, we find a space of comfort and tranquillity where we try to live in greater proximity, more affectionately and seeking a more humane relationship with nature. At Casa Lúpulo you'll find seven bedrooms, three of which are suites, with private entrances and direct access to our gardens. A beautiful living room and dining room are also available to our guests. The “Casa das Colheitas” offers a large living room with a seating area where our guests can enjoy traditional games or play on our snooker table. Take time to reflect, take a walk in our vineyards, read a book by the River Neiva, listen to music, have a quiet lunch, or simply live and breathe the calm and pure air of the Quinta. Winery Description:

The estate’s main production is the vineyard. Its production of about 700 tons of grapes, mainly the Loureiro and Vinhão grape varieties, which correspond to 1000 barrels of wine, is delivered to the Ponte de Lima Cooperative Winery, which takes on the important mission of transforming its fruit. With its 70 hectares of land, 50 of which are entirely dedicated to the vineyard, it is not surprising that the farm is the largest producer of Adega Cooperativa de Ponte de Lima.

At Quinta da Codeçosa we care about the preservation of natural resources, the regulation of the ecosystem, animal welfare, the promotion of biodiversity, the balance of the nutrient cycle, the preservation and improvement of soil fertility and the demand for the quality of agricultural products. Our vineyards are managed in integrated production, adopting good agricultural practices that guarantee a sustainable balance.
