Description
When arrived, please inform the guard at the gate about your booking to call the Host and inform about your arrival. 
The booking is held for 15 minutes after your booking time. We understand that plans can change, and In case you miss to inform about any changes of plans or lateness, you may lose your slot to another booking. 
We're working on first-come, first-served principle and therefore we cannot always guarantee a preferred slot and time when making the inquiry.
