Fattoria Della Talosa invites you to explore their historic 16th-century cellar, located 15 meters below ground, where the Etruscan Wine Cellar nurtures Sangiovese grapes into the renowned Nobile di Montepulciano. As you visit, you’ll feel as though you’ve traveled back in time, surrounded by the charm of the landscape and the cellar beneath the stunning Piazza Grande.
Enjoy a guided tour in either English or Italian, where experts will lead you through a sensory experience of wine tasting—focusing on flavors, aromas, and hints. Sample award-winning red and white wines in the exclusive tasting room.
If you find a wine you love, you can purchase a bottle at their wine shop, located just 20 meters from Piazza Grande.
