Do you enjoy more complete experiences? Here’s one for you! We begin with a walk through the vineyards, discussing our climate, our schist soils, and our viticulture practices. Then, we move on to the winery, where we explore our winemaking methods. A tasting of 5 bottled wines, accompanied by a selection of regional products. There is also the option to taste wines or musts directly from the tank. Next, we move on to a unique lunch or dinner: lamb, slowly cooked in a clay pot over an open fireplace, followed by typical regional sweets.
