Your experience begins with a warm welcome: a glass of “Dipinta” Negroamaro Rosato IGP Salento, paired with homemade friselle, fresh cherry tomatoes, and the estate’s own extra virgin olive oil—a delicious introduction to local flavors.
You’ll then embark on a guided visit of the winery, including the underground barrique cellar. Here, you’ll taste Primitivo wine straight from the barrel. You'll also savor the same wine, bottled Primitivo di Manduria DOP, paired with local Pecorino cheese, allowing you to appreciate the transformation from barrique to bottle.
To finish, indulge in the estate’s Primitivo di Manduria DOCG Dolce Naturale, accompanied by “pezzi duri,” classic almond pastries from the region—an authentic sweet ending to your visit.
