Your experience begins with a warm welcome featuring a refreshing aperitif of “Dipinta” Negroamaro Rosato IGP Salento, paired with “tarallini,” a regional snack.
Next, you will embark on a guided tour of the winery, including a visit to the underground barrique cellar. Here, you will taste a Primitivo wine directly from the barrel.
The tour concludes with a tasting of the estate’s Primitivo di Manduria DOP, celebrated for its rich, structured character, alongside a sample of the estate’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil Jorche served on homemade “friselle,” showcasing the region’s culinary heritage.
