Musco is born from the rediscovery of ancient winemaking knowledge, preserved in a place full of magic. From an old mixed vineyard of native varieties, the wine ferments in chestnut barrels and slowly ages
in glass demijohns. The Grotta del Musco, carved during the Etruscan era, still safeguards the heritage of ancestral winemaking, using traditional tools and the silent strength of the rock that surrounds and accompanies every gesture. The visit concludes with a three-course lunch at Locanda Palazzone, paired with a selection
of iconic wines and ending with a dessert wine.
