In this experience you will learn everything, absolutely everything, about this Docg that has fascinated the entire world with its unique character and style.
The program includes a welcome in our Ca' Besi vineyard and a visit to the cellar (vinification and refinement area). Following in our rooms, a vertical tasting of 4 vintages of Amarone: - Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Doc 2010, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Docg Bio 2015, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Docg Bio 2019 and our selection of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Docg Austernia 2018.
Finally, a glass of Recioto della Valpolicella Classico Docg Bio 2021.
Entree with fresh bread and organic EVO oil of our production, food pairing designed by our Sommelier for each wine proposed (selected cold cuts and cheeses), baked goods and water included. Dessert accompanied by Recioto.
